We're Coming to Auckland

We are coming to Auckland with our mobile passport equipment on Monday, April 1st 2019 from 10am to 6pm and Tuesday, April 2nd 2019 from 8am to 4pm. Finnish citizens can apply for a new passport or renew an existing one.

Step One:

Email your contact details and a copy of your passport to consular.can@formin.fi. Expired passports must be accompanied by a copy of a government-issued photo identity document (i.e. driver's license, photo I.D. card). We will reply to you as soon as possible if additional documents are required.

Step Two:

We will contact you via telephone to request payment of the passport application fee. When confirmed you will receive a link to book your appointment.

The passport application fee, including postage, is $250 AUD. The fee is non-refundable in the case of a negative decision, cancellation or failure to attend the appointment. Credit/debit cards are accepted (excluding AMEX and Diners).

Payment must be received before 17:00 Thursday, March 14th 2019.

Step Three:

Attend your appointment with a physical passport photo (must not be older than 6 months old) and originals of all the documents you have provided. If the originals are not provided, this may result in a negative decision.
